David Gilford is graduate of the Yale School of Management, where he held the Joseph C. McNay Fellowship in Finance. David came to Yale from the Federal Reserve, where he worked on bank mergers and acquisitions, as well as regulatory policy. Prior to the Fed, David founded a telecommunications company in Dubai, which took him throughout the Middle East, including Lebanon, Morocco, and the northwest frontier of Pakistan. Having spent much of his childhood in rural Colorado, David continues to enjoy travel off the beaten path. David served as a delegate to four summits of the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations. His interests include international private equity, strategy consulting, and the creative application of technology. David received a B.A. in Economics from Williams College, including a year of study of Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Exeter College, Oxford University.
